We Perform noninvasive visual full home interior & exterior inspection, similar to inspections performed when you purchased the home including: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances
Quarterly sight inspection, filter replacement, battery replacement. Our team will coordinate & oversee technician performing any necessary repairs.
We encourage home owners to complete any necessary repairs as soon as possible. Late spring and early fall are time to prepare home for extreme weather conditions.
You can book an inspection service or a home service as a stand alone. However, maintenance plans will provide additional discounts and benefits.

Depending on the size of the home, inspections can take between 2-4 hours. The maintenance visits will vary based on individual needs.
No, you do not have to be present. If you choose to be at home, please mention to our inspector any areas of concern & allow for the work to proceed with minimal interruption.
