After decades of running MM&I Remodeling, founder Piotr Pawlowski saw the need for a trusted partner that could simplify ongoing home maintenance and inspections.
With over 30 years of construction and property experience, Piotr launched MMI Home Manager to bridge the gap between high-quality remodeling and continuous home management. We Perform noninvasive visual full home interior & exterior inspection, similar to inspections performed when you purchased the home including: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances
Quarterly sight inspection, filter replacement, battery replacement. Our team will coordinate & oversee technician performing any necessary repairs.
We encourage home owners to complete any necessary repairs as soon as possible. Late spring and early fall are time to prepare home for extreme weather conditions.
