MMI Home Manager was born out of a deep understanding of what homeowners truly need — not just beautifully remodeled spaces, but long-term, reliable home care. After decades of running MM&I Remodeling, founder Piotr Pawlowski saw the need for a trusted partner that could simplify ongoing home maintenance and inspections.

With over 30 years of construction and property experience, Piotr launched MMI Home Manager to bridge the gap between high-quality remodeling and continuous home management. What area of the home do you check during inspection?

We Perform noninvasive visual full home interior & exterior inspection, similar to inspections performed when you purchased the home including: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances

What does your home maintenance plan include?

Quarterly sight inspection, filter replacement, battery replacement. Our team will coordinate & oversee technician performing any necessary repairs.

How often should home maintenance be done?

We encourage home owners to complete any necessary repairs as soon as possible. Late spring and early fall are time to prepare home for extreme weather conditions.

Can I book just service or do I need a plan?

You can book an inspection service or a home service as a stand alone. However, maintenance plans will provide additional discounts and benefits.

Do you handle repairs?

Yes, our team will coordinate with our providers for any repair needs.

How long does the inspection or maintenance visit take?

Depending on the size of the home, inspections can take between 2-4 hours. The maintenance visits will vary based on individual needs.

Do I need to be home during the service?

No, you do not have to be present. If you choose to be at home, please mention to our inspector any areas of concern & allow for the work to proceed with minimal interruption.
