MMI Home Manager Raffle Promotion
1. Eligibility
Participants must:
Be at least 18 years old
Reside within the following areas:
Boerne, Texas
Fair Oaks Ranch, Texas
San Antonio, Texas
Participants must also follow MMI Home Manager’s Facebook page at the time of the drawing.
Entries that do not meet these requirements will be disqualified.
2. Entry Requirements
Participants must:
Follow MMI Home Manager’s Facebook page
Submit the raffle entry form through the official landing page
Provide accurate contact information
Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate or fraudulent entries may be removed.
3. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected randomly through an online roulette drawing conducted live on MMI Home Manager’s Facebook page.
The drawing will take place on the announced event date.
MMI Home Manager’s decision regarding the winner is final.
4. Winner Verification
Before receiving the prize, the selected participant must verify:
• Their full name
• A valid mailing address within the service area
• Compliance with all raffle rules
• That they are following the MMI Home Manager Facebook page
If any requirement is not met, the entry will be declared invalid and another winner may be selected.
5. Prize Distribution
The prize consists of:
One (1) $100 Gift Card
The prize will:
• Be mailed via the United States Postal Service (USPS)
• Only be mailed to a verified address within the eligible service area
• Not be exchangeable for cash
• Not be transferable to another person
MMI Home Manager is not responsible for lost or delayed mail.
6. Response Requirement
The selected winner must respond within 48 hours of being contacted.
If the winner does not respond within the required time, MMI Home Manager reserves the right to select another winner.
7. Public Announcement
By entering the raffle, participants agree that MMI Home Manager may announce the winner’s first name and city on social media and marketing materials.
8. Disqualification
MMI Home Manager reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
• Provides false information
• Attempts to manipulate the entry process
• Violates the raffle rules
• Uses multiple accounts or duplicate entries
9. Limitation of Liability
By participating in the raffle, entrants agree to release and hold harmless MMI Home Manager, its employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or liability arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance of the prize.
10. Right to Modify or Cancel
MMI Home Manager reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the raffle if fraud, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances compromise the fairness or integrity of the promotion.
11. Facebook Disclaimer
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
Participants release Facebook from any liability related to this promotion.
12. Agreement
By submitting an entry, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
