Step 3: Receive Your Custom Inspection Report

Once all recommended repairs are completed, you’ll be ready to begin your customized Quarterly Home Maintenance Plan. This plan is tailored to your home’s unique needs and includes scheduled maintenance visits to keep everything in top condition. We’ll confirm your service schedule, and from that point forward, your home will receive consistent, professional care without you lifting a finger.

We Perform noninvasive visual full home interior & exterior inspection, similar to inspections performed when you purchased the home including: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances

What does your home maintenance plan include?

Quarterly sight inspection, filter replacement, battery replacement, our team will coordinate & oversee technician performing any necessary repairs.

How often should home maintenance be done?

We encourage to complete any necessary repairs as soon as possible, late spring & early fall are time to prepare home for extreme weather conditions.

Can I book just service or do I need a plan?

You can book inspection service or home service alone, maintenance plan will provide additional discounts and benefits

Do you handle repairs?

Yes our team will coordinate with our providers with any repairs needs?

How long does the inspection or maintenance visit take?

Depending on the size of our home, inspections can take approximately 2-4 hours plus maintenance visit depends on individual needs.

Do I need to be home during the service?

No you do not have to be present, if you are home please mention to our inspector any areas of concern & allow him time to proceed with minimal interruption.
